Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Aurelia Aura Finder mobile application ("App") operated by Fabula Labs ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Aurelia Aura Finder, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.
2. Description of Service
Aurelia Aura Finder provides AI-powered aura analysis services. You can take or upload a selfie, and our AI will analyze it to determine your aura color and provide personality insights based on that color.
Important: These services are for entertainment and spiritual exploration purposes only. The aura analysis results are generated by AI and should not be considered as medical, psychological, or professional advice.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions
Aurelia offers premium subscription plans ("Aurelia Pro") that provide additional features:
- Subscriptions are available on weekly, monthly, or yearly terms
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:
- Uploading inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise the App's security
- Using the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fabula Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your images for the purpose of providing the aura analysis service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. The aura analysis results are for entertainment purposes and we make no claims about their accuracy or validity.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabula Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fabula Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
